Refund Policy

Thanks for supporting LifeSchool Packs. Our products are digital life-skills lesson packs delivered instantly after purchase. Because they are downloadable digital goods that cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if something goes wrong we will help. Contact us at support@lifeschoolpacks.com within 14 days of your purchase if:

• Your download link or file is not working
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• You received the wrong pack

If any of these happen, we will fix the problem, resend your files, or issue a refund at our discretion. Please include your order number so we can find your purchase quickly.

By completing a purchase, you agree that you are buying a digital product for immediate access and that you understand refunds are not provided except in the cases above.
